LUCAS RHOADES

REAL ESTATE SALESPERSON

ROOTED IN HILLSDALE COUNTY

I’m a Reading High School graduate and proud to call Hillsdale County home. Being local isn’t just part of my background — it’s part of who I am. I understand the character of our communities, the value of hard work, and the importance of relationships built on trust.

Real estate, to me, isn’t just about buying and selling homes. It’s about helping people take meaningful steps toward their future — whether that’s purchasing a first home, upgrading, downsizing, or investing.

ENGINEERING THE DETAILS

I am currently pursuing my Associate in Science at Jackson College and was recently accepted into the University of Michigan College of Engineering. I plan to study engineering or architecture with a minor in business, combining technical knowledge with financial strategy.

My background includes hands-on engineering internships in both manufacturing and modular home construction.

At Paragon Metals, I worked in a precision manufacturing environment producing automotive components for major companies in the industry. That experience sharpened my attention to detail and strengthened my understanding of quality, process, and structure.

At Ritz-Craft, a modular home manufacturer in Jonesville, I worked as an engineering intern creating AutoCAD drawings for residential homes, including preliminary designs, confirmation sets, foundation plans, and energy compliance documentation (REScheck). This experience gave me direct exposure to how homes are designed, structured, and built.

This technical background gives me a unique perspective in real estate. I don’t just see a home for its finishes — I understand structure, layout efficiency, energy considerations, and long-term value.

WHY REAL ESTATE

Real estate is where my interests in business, building, and community naturally come together.

I am passionate about learning the industry from the ground up — understanding property value, market trends, negotiation strategy, and investment potential. My long-term vision includes owning rental properties, developing sustainable housing, and building businesses that create both financial freedom and lasting impact.

Getting started in real estate now allows me to grow, serve others, and build the foundation for that vision.

OUTSIDE OF WORK

Outside of real estate and engineering, I’m passionate about health, the outdoors, and personal growth. I believe in setting ambitious goals, continuously improving, and building a life centered around discipline, freedom, and impact.

I’m excited to be part of the CENTURY 21 Affiliated team and look forward to building strong relationships within our community.
